4. Services

• Analysis of documents and evidence, professional opinions/reports, consultations, and advisory services in fraud analysis, investigation support, privacy and data protection, and human rights evaluation

• Not legal representation or solicitor services

• No surveillance, hacking, or illegal data collection

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful documents and materials

• Do not use services for unlawful purposes

• Payments must be made in advance (PayPal, credit card, etc.)

6. Fees & Payment

• Fees outlined in our published Price List

• Multi-currency payments supported (GBP, EUR)

• No services provided if payment is not received

7. Confidentiality

• All client information is strictly confidential

• Compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018

8. Age & Sensitive Content

• Services: 18+ only

• Ages 16–17: Written parental/guardian consent required

• Pop-up consent required before booking/accessing content

9. Legal Disclaimer

17. Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability: fees paid for the relevant service

18. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation before work begins: refund minus processing fees

• Once work starts: no refund

• Technical failures: full refund

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of English courts
